Hello everyone !
My name is Alexandra Tarcu and I am a Canadian (and Romanian) actress and model. I am very passionate about acting, and especially about making people laugh. I truly feel happiest when I am in front of a camera shooting a scene, or on stage reciting a monologue. I finished my bachelor's degree in Drama and Theatre Arts at the University of Alberta in Canada in 2014, and then attended The Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School in Paris in 2015. It is in the second school that I received extensive training in mime and improvisation theatre. In 2016, I finished my masters degree in Cultural Journalism and Literary Editing at the Ecole Superieure de Journalisme in Paris.
Currently, I am living in Europe and doing acting and modelling gigs all over Europe and Canada. I invite you to discover my work and my art, and please, if you have any additional questions or would like to collaborate on a project, do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Created for the 48 hour film festival--->Rotterdam, "Wasted" is about a young fashion designer whose dream is to save the planet through her sustainable dress designs. It went on to compete at the Roosendaal Film Festival and placed top 10 out of 400 submissions!

Miss Diaspora is a Romanian beauty pageant for Romanian girls no longer living in Romania, and thus forming the diaspora. In 2009 I was crowned Miss Diaspora and I was awarded both the first prize and the public popularity prize. Underneath is the promotional music video that was made for the occasion.
